1. About Halora
Halora is a hospitality automation platform that enables hotels and accommodation providers (“Clients”) to manage guest check-ins, communications, and engagement via WhatsApp.
2. Eligibility
You must be an authorized representative of a hotel or accommodation provider to use our Service.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using Halora.
3. Use of Service
We do not sell or rent guest data. We may share data only with:

You may only use Halora for lawful business purposes.
You must not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt our Service.
4. WhatsApp Business API
Halora integrates with the WhatsApp Business API provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (“Meta”).
By using Halora, you agree to comply with WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and Meta’s policies.
Guest conversations must follow WhatsApp’s opt-in and messaging rules.
5. Data Handling & Privacy
We only process guest data provided through the Service for check-in automation and hotel communication.
Hotels (our Clients) remain the data controllers of guest information. Halora acts as a service provider (data processor).

6. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
7. Service Availability
We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may update, modify, or suspend parts of the Service when necessary.
8. Limitation of Liability
Halora is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Halora is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
