Data Deletion Instructions

At Halora, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. In line with Meta’s policies, you can request the deletion of any data shared with Halora through our platform.

How to Request Data Deletion

If you would like your data to be deleted from Halora’s systems, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to hello@halora.in with the subject line: Data Deletion Request.

  2. In your email, include the following details:

    • Your full name (or business name, if applicable)

    • The phone number or email address associated with your account or guest record

    • A brief description of the data you want deleted

  3. Our team will verify your request and confirm your identity for security purposes.

  4. Once verified, we will delete your data from our active systems within 7 working days.

Notes

  • Hotels using Halora as clients are responsible for the guest data they manage. Halora acts only as a service provider (data processor).

  • Certain records may need to be retained if required by law (e.g., for accounting or regulatory compliance).

  • After deletion, the data cannot be restored.
